Mr. Satoshi Sasakura is the Director of the East Japan Disaster Countermeasures Office of NTT, a major telecommunications company. When the Great East Japan Earthquake caused enormous damage in March 2011, he worked with external organizations such as the Government Countermeasures Headquarters as the head of the disaster prevention office of the NTT Group. Through his experience, he believes that coordination with governments, privacy companies and critical infrastructure is important for a quick recovery. Therefore, as one of the designated public corporations, he strives to cooperate with them.
