Olga Pleumeekers started her career as a hydraulic consultant in 2010 at Nelen & Schuurmans after she completed her master at Delft University of Technology (faculty Civil Engineering). She specialized in the field of Urban Water management and Climate Adaptation and in 2016 became head of the department Urban Water management.

Olga was also involved in the development of 3Di; a state-of-the-art hydrodynamic simulation software for pluvial, fluvial and coastal floods.

In 2019 Olga was promoted to the management team of Nelen & Schuurmans as a director of the business line Consultancy Services. Her goal is to translate in-house IT solutions, into an applied service for her customers in the (operational) water and climate domain.
