Jacqueline is Market Director for Highways within Amey Consulting’s Strategic Consulting team.

Her background is in Geography, and she holds a master’s in environmental policy & management from the University of Bristol. In the Strategic Consulting team, she leads the team’s Highways team, engaging with key UK bodies such as Highways England, Transport Scotland and Local Authorities to uncover their operational and infrastructure management challenges.

She works with these organisations to identify and deliver data-driven solutions and technologies, with the goal of driving better decision making, transforming infrastructure and driving value and performance within the infrastructure industry.
