Ms. Aruna Pidikiti is Sr. VP Network Operations at Bharti Airtel Limited. A transformational telecom professional with 25+ years of diverse experience in network operations of wireless and wireline domain, planning, network quality & optimizations, project execution and end-to-end service delivery in multi technology domains- Wireless LTE, 2G, 3G, IP MPLS, ISP and Fiber-transport networks. She has been with Airtel for the last 2 decades and has led various roles, Data Operations head, NOC head, CTO AP circle, Hub CTO and now as National Operations head. Prior to Airtel, she worked in STPI – software technology parks of India as Dy Director for 5 years and was in charge for Satellite earth station. She is highly customer obsessed, driving operational excellence and customer experience. Ms. Aruna Pidikiti holds a B.Tech in Electronics and communications engineer from JNTU Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, 1991, and M.Tech in Digital communications from Osmania University Hyderabad, 1993.
