Belén Muñoz Zurita is a Civil Electrical Engineer from the University of Chile, representative of the Markets Division of the Chilean Ministry of Energy, she is specialized in competitive markets, renewable energies and market regulation, currently supporting risk and Resilience technical team in international connections and development of innovative national markets. Her work integrates the local technical requirements with the economic trends of the national and international markets, to propose regulatory modifications and political plans in the short, medium and long term.
