Bayarmaa (Bama) manages futures thinking and foresight, ADB Futures Club, ADB Expertise Locator, and supports knowledge management and Innovation Hub activities. She joined ADB in 2018 and worked in climate change and energy divisions before joining Knowledge Advisory Services Center. Bama worked on climate change and renewable energy projects during the last 11 years, focusing on climate finance. She manages the application of strategic foresight and knowledge management tools in climate change and energy sector along with other areas of tourism and transport. Bama completed her master’s degree in Nature, Society and Environmental Policy from the University of Oxford
