David is no stranger to disaster relief and reconstruction.  He spent 25 years as military engineer helping reconstruct countries ravaged by both war and natural disasters.  Since leaving the military he has worked in the International Development and Disaster Response spheres, including supporting the Bahamian Government in the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Dorian in the Caribbean in 2019.  He is now a Director of Gleeds International, working to support the United Kingdom and Peruvian Governments rebuild large parts of Peru damaged in the El Nino event in 2017.
