Daniel Stadtmüller is a Senior Policy Advisor and Team Lead at the Secretariat of the InsuResilience Global Partnership. Within that role, he oversees the coordination of the Program Alliance, the Partnership's alliance of operating programs. He also coordinates the development of the Monitoring & Evaluation framework and evidence agenda for the Partnership, as well as the Partnership’s work on integrating risk finance into broader resilience and adaptation efforts. Daniel also provides technical advice on disaster risk finance and insurance to the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

Prior to his role at the InsuResilience Secretariat, Daniel was a Senior Manager Origination at Munich Re in the area of parametric insurance and insurance-linked capital market solutions, originating catastrophe bond and similar instruments for private and public sector entities in the USA and Latin America. Daniel holds an M.A. in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
