Graduated from “Roma Tre” University in Rome, he is a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. He had worked with RFI (Rete Ferroviaria Italiana), company that manages rail infrastructures in Italy. He also worked for an Engineering Company where he gained skills in the Airside improvement design and Drainage Systems; in 2004 he worked on updating the Bologna Airport Manual on the occasion of runway extension and taxiway improvement. In 2005 he has supervised the “Bologna Verona Railway Doubling” construction works for a building company.

Since 2006 he has been working for Aeroporti Di Roma in the Infrastructure development sector. In 2013 he was named as responsible for drainage development and planning, mobility and land use.Currently he is Head of PMO, Investments, mobility and hydraulics modelling and development; and involved in the Rome Fiumicino Masterplan & General Planning, focused on airport access system improvement, CAPEX and drainage assessment.
