Bertrand Magne is a senior economist specialized in global energy issues, climate change policy assessment and the broad UN Sustainable Development Agenda. Bertrand Magne has over 20 years of experience, including 14 years in international organizations: International Energy Agency, OECD, International Atomic Energy Agency and Sustainable Energy For All. Bertrand Magne works in the IAEA Planning and Economic Studies Section. He provides technical advisory to governments, finance and industry representatives. He is an expert adviser for the World Economic Forum Initiative Fostering Effective Energy Transition. Bertrand Magne has obtained a PhD from Toulouse School of Economics.
